#003 Kraneschip Keller – 4.9%

In spring 2010 we got the request to make a craft brew for a local group of friends. Most of them did not encounter a decent craft brew before, only the occasional Belgian ale. This time, we decided to create the recipe ourselves. We wanted to make a light in color, relatively low alcohol brew, which would be appreciated by the average pilsener lover. From our visits to Germany, we experienced the great bottom-fermented Kellers, and that was the kind of beer Cees tried to create. The result: a bottom-fermented, unfiltered beer with a copious amount of noble hops. Our friends loved it!
